During his years as a Public Defender, he pursued his dreams of having his private Firm. He succeeded in opening his office in his hometown of Conshohocken, PA, in 1978, where he helped his fellow local community members on various legal matters for 18 years. While in his private practice, Joseph served as a Solicitor to the Civil Service Commission and the Zoning Hearing Board for the Plymouth Township in Montgomery County, PA., where he became a member and the Chairman of the Zoning Hearing Board. While Joseph worked in his private Firm, he served as a Solicitor for the Montgomery County Funeral Directors Association.

His outstanding work ethic allowed Joseph to represent the office in regional and national executive meetings.
In January of 2009, he moved from his hometown in Montgomery to Harrisburg, PA, when he began to work with GEICO, partnering with the Real Estate Division and the Human Resources Office. And not only did he impressively establish a Staff Counsel Trial Office, but he efficiently managed the office as well as all the hires. He created a name for GEICO in the legal community, represented the company in all administrative hearings before the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, and constantly achieved awards for most cases tried among national offices, demonstrating his strong-willed character.
Joseph continued thriving in life and was appointed Secretary Of Board for the St. Thomas More Law Society, a not-for-profit organization for Catholic Lawyers dedicated to helping promote the study of the principles of the Catholic Church, relating to the moral and legal problems encountered in the practice of law.An interesting fact about Joseph is that he was appointed an Assessor for the Tribunal of the Diocese of Harrisburg, PA. He also belonged to a church in Conshohocken, PA, in his hometown, where he and his wife ran the Annual Italian Festival.
He married his late wife in 1981, and they had their only daughter in 1984. They were married for 32 years until January of 2013, when his wife, unfortunately, passed away. Joseph was able to find happiness again later on in life as he married a fellow widow in 2018.In his younger adult years, he worked during summer breaks side by side with his father in a Steel company that allowed him to meet and bond with his neighbors and become familiar with his community. Joseph proudly represents the community with the same amount of passion that he has demonstrated during his whole career journey.
Joseph's good judgment and knowledge of the law make him a remarkable Attorney and an asset to the Firm. His relationship with his hometown citizens allows his clients to feel a sense of peace and confidence, knowing that he will exceed their expectations on any case.
